The Corporate Health Achievement Award (CHAA) fosters awareness of quality occupational and environmental health programs and encourages organizational self-assessment and continuous improvement. The CHAA provides national recognition and honor to organizations in North America with exemplary employee health, safety and environmental management programs.
The CHAA self-assessment has been developed:
- To help organizations identify their strengths, weaknesses, and gaps;
- To encourage organizational self-assessment and continuous improvement;
- To foster understanding of standards of excellence for workplace health, wellness and safety utilizing the CHAA criteria; and
- To gain a better understanding of the award criteria and scoring.
This on-line self-assessment is valuable to organizations of all sizes (from small organizations with 500 employees to large organizations with 5,000+ employees) and will make it easy to evaluate your organization’s occupational and environmental health and safety programs against the Corporate Health Achievement Award standards. It will also allow you to benchmark yourself against CHAA recipients as well as similar organizations.
If you would like to view a demo of the self-assessment, click the “demo” button in the top right corner and you will be given a guest account. As a guest, your scores will not be put into the database.
