Completion of the Corporate Health Achievement Award (CHAA) self assessment or use of the self assessment worksheets internally does not mean that any organization has met ACOEM standards or received any certification demonstrating that that they have met quality standards.

ACOEM will not share any individual/corporate information or organizational data entered into this self-assessment. All information received will be kept in strict confidence. Self assessment results may be incorporated into a report in the future. However, all data will be presented in aggregate, without identifying the source of any individual or corporate-specific responses. Individual responses will be compared to group responses for the purpose of benchmarking with companies with similar characteristics and against prior CHAA recipients. Again, these individual scores will not be shared outside of the CHAA research group, all of whom have signed non-disclosure and conflict of interest statements.
